Try using sequential JOINs rather than nested:
  FROM employee!elements
   INNER JOIN employee!elemtype ON Elements.claim_elem_code=elemtype.elem_code;
   INNER JOIN employee!wdntypes ON Elements.wdn_code=wdntypes.wdn_code;
