I just tried a few of the lists in the VFP Zone. The Toledo wish list worked. The KB displayed but was cut off in the way I often see when I tried to select some records. The Web Service never displayed.

I don't think my sysadmins will be interested in changing any settings just to suit one employee of this large company. I don't use these functions much. If I get to do more work in VFP, that might change, and I'll submit a service request to the sysadmin and show them your Technical Guideline.
