Well, just because I don't like working with FileMaker myself doesn't mean I know of a better solution! :0) I wish there were MORE solutions as a matter of fact. Actually, I do like Omnis by RainingData. Have you looked at it? They have an eval you can download. It works with SQL too. However, I must admit that most developers I know that must support the Mac OS choose Filemaker for their development tool. You will probably find the most peer support using FileMaker Pro too which is a big plus. I still prefer Omnis though. Just a personal choice I guess.
