The ide is mostly a pretty robust scripting language. It's mostly point and click. Very nice layout tools. Database engine slows down with large amounts of data. (I saw performance degradatation with 20,000 records) That was with version 4.0. Things may have improved. It's very easy to port your data to the WEB. I suggest you check out the web site.
