Mike, you misunderstand. I'm referring to updates between versions of the OS, not support packs and security patches, etc. For example, updating from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Pro was not a simple task and most people did clean installs to avoid problems. That is not a feasibility when you have 15,000 users. I agree the updates within the same version are easy and smooth though!
