The client fills a form contaning

Name:
Adress:
E-mail:
City:
Phone:

After this it calls another form with contains

Nome: BLANK
E-mail: BLANK



How can I associate the fields Name and e-mail
to variables so that the client does not have to
fill the fields name and e-mail again


Anybody has an HTML example ?
