I itend to create a small school in Brazil in order
to teach beginners to program in VFP
Laws here are not clear about this matter
School here techs only VB and Delphi

Suppose I were in Canada or USA

As there's not a VFP official VFP graduate or pos-graduate
course. Which would I need to teach VFP?

About Microsoft

Does Microsoft allow anyone to teach VFP ?
Is there any fee due to microsoft if I write some brochures
to my students.
