I see a difference here. Taking out the old @ stuff will break apps that have been ported over. Taking out stuff that never worked in the Windows version won't. Also, old commands are never seen unless you're using them. Extra stuff in the property sheet is more stuff to scroll through when looking for something.
So I vote for removing them as well, provided it wouldn't take a lot of time away from adding cool new stuff. :)

>A different Jim, just commenting... and do they really hurt us? @...SAY/GET is still in VFP too, as are tons of others. I'd rather see the VFP Team spend time on future stuff, not getting rid of old stuff for no particular benefit.
