how to commit "local" update during big transaction.
ie: i want to be able to rollback a large transaction with lots of
update, delete... and TO KEEP modifications done to a certain table (a unique one, on a distant base, all queries are executed from this base via dblinks),
the table to keep is used for debugging info (very large,dbms_output is not enough large))
