Its been replaced with a "special" edition of InstallShield Express. Insert your VFP7 CD and you'll find the setup for ISE. Also read the deployment whitepaper in the Technical Aritcles folder.

BTW, how are things in Kalispell? Is it winter there yet? (and I don't miss the Montana winters) I got about 18 inches of snow at my house here in SLC over Thanksgiving weekend.
