Some things to check.... In the Report Designer, make sure that
under PAGE LAYOUT - PRINT SETUP, you have selected SPECIFIC PRINTER
and the network printer you are trying to print to.

I also noticed you included the PROMPT parameter in your REPORT
FORM command. Do you select the network printer when it brings
up the printer dialog?

I would also remove the SET PRINTER TO command. That is set
implicitly in the REPORT FORM command based on what you specified
in the Page Layout. I am not sure of the consequences when you
set it manually.
