Look under help for CREATE CLASS ( and CREATE CLASSLIB).

This will get you started:

Type 'Create Class' in the command window. Fill in the appropriate boxes, select the base class (Line here). After the CLASS Designer screen displays, click CLASS on the menu and add your custom properties and methods (In the sample you displayed, methods are PROCEDUREs).
