Have you tried to run it step by step in Debugger ? monitoring the tables by USED('drawlctview2') to see when it closed, or you can check it in form.load,init, etc.... And, are you sure the "Alias" name hasn't been changed in DE ?
Moreover, you may try openning the tables in form.load so that we can sure the problem was not come from DE.

>The message is Alias 'DRAWLCTVIEW2' is not found. I have three tables in the DE. DRAWLCTVIEW2 is the second. When the form starts the first table 'CHANGEVIEW' is selected and all the form fields are populated correctly. For testing purposes I put a button on the form with Select DRAWLCTVIEW2 in the click event. This gives the same error message. I have all timers turned off and no procedures are running that could close the tables.
