The only proper Serbian translation would be the proverbial "if there was a sack full of ****, I would still pull a !!!!! out of it". Decency requires that each reader substitutes the corresponding organs into the sentence manually.

For a while I had a feeling I was the virus which already began destroying the economy here, having brought bad luck with me. I mean, look at what I left behind :)
