I just threw out an idea. I have never disabled help from F1 as it is the key all users will expect to bring up help under Windows. I just tried and I can get F1 to NOT bring up help but I could not get the KeyPress event to recognize the F1 heing pressed.

I shut off help with ON KEY LABEL F1 *
