My experience at the local Wal-Mart getting new tires provides an interesting contrast. It took about three hours to get a complete set of 4 new tires put on our Jeep. As opposed to 14-17 seconds to put 4 new tires on, fill the machine with fuel, clean the windshield and grill at the race track. I might still be there if we'd asked for those other things too.:-)
