Whaaat? Cy, I appreciate your taking the time to reply. However you are incorrect here... what manual are you referring to?
VFP 6.0 Help states:
"If nRows is 1 and table buffering is enabled, changes made to all records are committed to the table or cursor"
In other words, TableUpdate(1,.T.) works exactly the same as TableUpdate(.T.,.T.). This is also explained in the Hacker's Guide To VFP.
Good news is I think I solved my own issue... for now, anyway.
