Well, yah, I figured that too. I tried about a dozen different combinations of "VFP 7.0", "runtime", "install", "files" and so forth and found about (literally) a thousand discussions of various things that had nothing to do with my question! Guess I need to hone up my search techniques---or spend several hours a day reading UT posts.
