You mean like to grab the window handle, and shove a Windows message down its message queue to "click" the button? Yeah, already tried that. It's been a while since I tried it, but I think it failed because there's no hotkey for the "Yes" button, or something like that. I may have to revisit the issue, because I seem to recall it was possible to hack it, but it'd be a pain in the arse.

OTOH, just go around Outlook and use CDO, Extended MAPI, or SMTP.
