Mike, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put you down for it. When I was younger I was the same, but 30 years on technology hasn't progressed as far & in the same directions as my visions.

To some extent, I hope your visions are right.

It's good that we are able to do that, but not wonderful. You have got to understand that we are in a privileged minority amongst the over 6 billion people on this planet. If all of those people were adequately housed & fed & in a position to be able to consider expressing their opinions & sharing their ideas by use of this technology, that I would classify as wonderful.

I agree with you that the new emerging technology has the capability of enabling many things, but all too often the possibilities never see the light of day because there's not enough profit to be made. Unfortunately, in the world in which we live, profit is the bottom line, if the technology will have great benefits but reduce profits, it will allowed to stagnate.
