We would like to put a backup option in our package. Our package is an accounting package with about 240 free tables. About 30% of our support calls are about how to backup, so we are investigating implementing our own. Our customers use all kinds of backup programs(Microsoft backup, iomega zip backup, arc, copy and paste etc...) and all kind of media(zip disks, LS120, floppy, tapes, etc...). Also what about compression or zipping the files up and perhaps having the ability to have the backup in 5mb chunks. Our datafiles can be anything from 2mb to 500mb

We would like an option to backup and restore

Has anyone had experience of this or know a company that we can contract or a URL
