I've used srvany.exe already. It worked but the problem is when I start the VFP service...the service manager is waiting for something from the app to tell it the app has started.

The VFP did start as a service, it just gets shut-down by service manager because the VFP app is not sending it a 'Yep, I'm running!' message.

Nothing is ever easy is it?

Thanks,
John G.
