HTML Help Requirements
Given that HTML Help requires that the workstation have Internet Explorer (3.0 or later) installed. If it is not installed the user gets an error message when they attempt to access help.
Does anyone know of a way to detect whether Internet Explorer is installed so that I can give my users a more meaningful message in advance. Or is there some way to trap the error that occurs when IE is not installed and display my own messages.
