I haven't tried it on VFP7 yet, but under VFP6 I got the Dart service control to work fine. I just made a .exe, setup a local user account (membership in Local Administrators group), and had the .exe check at startup if it was a service yet and if it wasn't use the Dart controls to make it so. Pretty each to work with, but they want their $$$ and you get about no VFP support (the main programmers are VB guys) and their controls seems like working in forms as opposed to in .prgs; but this may have changed with VFP7 since the Intellisense and type library support (same thing?) are better in 7.
