There are a few utilities out there, we use 'QBF Builder', from classy components, pretty good in my opinion, we have QBF for applications that use Fox 6.0 in the front end and a SQL back end, I think it is compatible with 5.0 and 7.0. Also we developed something very similar to qbf for applications that runs on a FoxPro back end, they have a demo version, take a look :
