Recital will have released their VFP clone for Linux.
Several Linux projects for creating db component connections to Kylix and to KDevelop will soon have production quality tools released. Well, Kylix already has one, ZEOS.

Bob Lee just posted a URL for a tool called DBvis .
I downloaded it both at work and at home. It works and looks the same in both environments. It is similar to TOAD in the Oracle environment, but you can bind it to about any database. Tonight I was playing around and created a jdbc connection to my PostgreSQL database on my box here at home. DBvis is very very nice!
