Hi!

You should increase the RowHeight of the grid so the row height is large enough to fit 3 text lines of the edit box. Only in such case edit box behave similar way and wordwrapping words. If you need less size for edit box - I did not found better way but putting the edit box over the grid as a separate control and show it when cell in grid is focused.

BTW, if you use edit box to show tex for read-only, you can use expression in the column's ControlSource and use usual textbox.

>I know the editbox does not have the wordwrap property, but that's what I need. My dilemma is that my users want to see their verbage wrapping as it would normally appear when they are typing in the editbox. I've got editboxes on my pages and they behave exactly this way, but the editboxes in my grids don't. In the grid, the text streams to the right until they leave the object. Once you put the cursor back into the edt inside the grid, I get the single stream of text again.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
