I can write this program, but may be somebody has this kind of utility written, so I don't need to re-invent the wheel.

Basically, I want to have both directories in one window, so I can delete files in them, copy back and forth, etc. Say, I printed list using WinDiff (which, BTW, shows identical files too, which I'm not interested), now I want to synchronize them by myself. Using Windows Explorer for this would be very inconvenient, since I can not have both directories opened in the same view.

The utility I mentioned (Help | About says: "CompFold") does everything you request.

You can show or hide identical files, select files, and synchronize them. Delete, too.

Hilmar.
