Class cInvoice is the sample report.
This one is subclassed from class cTextReport, library MyClasses.vcx. Included in the download.
IOW, you will find the "cInvoice superclass init code" in cTextReport.
Most of the heavy work is done in methods .Init() and .MainLoop().
