That's not good. That was one of the reasons why I stopped using Open Insight, a GUI version of their RAD tool called Advanced Revelation. Pick databases are extremely easy to create data models with. The reason is that associated multi-value field. It 'violates' 3rd Normal Form by allowing multiple values at row-column intersections. If they had a better GUI I'd switch back to it in an instant. Pick has released something they call D^3, which is similar, but not with the same potential, IMO.
