Hi Keith this problem usual happens if you are not generating the WSDL Files to the right directory do the following on the web services wizard click on the advance button on the textbox that say File: make sure that the hole path is specified e.g. c:\inetpub\...\webservices\hello.wsdl if this is not the case then chose the path and file again this should resolve your problem.
