I think I didn't express myself well. . It is not whenever all of the WEB's servers are available for all of the users all over the world. . Sometimes (for a communication problem, I believe) I don't reach the UT's server. The problem is that IE puts it page (server was not available or founded) and break the frame created by UT. . If we want to continue in UT we should enter again with the password because the refresh of IE tells to UT as we were asking for new messages.
