When I say sometimes, I mean based on the program I am importing data into using the file.
When I use the file in Word, to import into Mail Merge for creating labels (specifing tab delimited file as my import type), it works fine, recognizes the tabs.
When I use the SAME file to try and import values into Contacts in Outlook (again specifing tab delimited file as my import type), it doesn't recognize the tabs, and instead uses the commas to separate values.
does that make sense?
