If you have eView, open the view and look on the Advanced view properties.

or if you have a .prg that creates the view use:

DBSetProp('MyViewName', 'View', 'FetchMemo', .T.)

I couldn't see where you can set it in the view designer. I seem to remeber that being a problem on a view I had a couple months ago.
