Hi!
Its extremely hard to make form transparent without special programming or using special effect (that I know bad). But you can make a form with round edges or any shape form (even with round holes inside it which allow to click mouse "through" the form to select icons on desktop, for example ;). To do this, use API functions "Create*Rgn" and SetWindowRgn(). Note that it is wise to make form without title bar when using custom-shape form.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs
It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
