I like VFP's grid behaviour and functionality very much than that of VB. What I want to see (I don't if possible) is that ADO should work just like a cursor to get rid of Looping into it to get the data for display in spreadsheet manner (grids so to speak).

I don't see the difference between ADO Recordsets and VFP Cursors as a liability. Still, it is a legitimate point since working with VFP cursors is nice. As for whether VFP will interact with ADO Recordsets, that remains to be seen.

I like the VB language. And, despite impressions to the contrary, VB .Net and VB are very much the same. Yes, there are some differences, but in all material respects, they are the same.
Law studies are still going on and are going well. Thanks for asking...
