Hi Michel,

I already added Mike's utility in this Document by myself. My point is: we need to understand the definition of Best Utility of the year 2001. If it means, what we're considering only new utilities, whcih appear in the year 2001, it means, that Mike's utility is not qualified, since it was first released in the year 2000. If not, we need to see the correct definition.

Also, here is an idea of determenition of the best utility. Select all utilities, which marked by year 2001. When choose by relative (Number of Downloads/Number of Days) number of Downloads...
