Thank you for reply. I found where my problem is, the report was compiled when I set my old panasonic KXP-1121 dot matrix printer as default, now even though I install the Canon Bubble jet printer as default and 'SET PRINTER TO NAME "CANON BJC-265SP"' programmatically, it still using the dot matrix driver and printing B&W, until I recompiled the report, I get the color printing. If this is the case, the 'SET PRINTER TO NAME' command seen like not flexible or powerful enough!
