Sergey made some valuable points, [Add other as a choice in all combos, add VFP in Best books] but they are not yet implemented. All I want to understand is the definition of this program and everything, which is included for nomination.

For instance, in Best non commercial utility I see Frx2Word and mhHtmlCode. Does it mean, what we want to include all good utilities in this section, not only utilities, which appear in 2001 year? If yes, Michel can take a look into aforementioned document, because it lists several good utilities besides already mentioned.
If not, Frx2Word and mhHTMLCode are not qualified, because they were released in year 2000.
