Has anyone linked Lotus Notes with Internet Explorer? That is, have you gotten IE to use Lotus Notes as your email interface. One of my clients has this issue. I had added Lotus Notes to my laptop so that I could get to the email on their system when in their house and was able to go into Internet Options under IE and select Lotus Notes as my email program. I wrote several asp pages with links to email and was able to test it. Worked great. If I wanted to send a general email, I got Notes and was able select emails from the NOtes address book or enter directly, etc. Problem was, when I went to other users' machines, their IE would not provide a Lotus Notes option in the email program box. I've tried to get info from Microsoft and Lotus but when you mention one to the other they begin acting like you're threatening to put anthrax on their cereal.

Now, to make things worse, I've gotten a new laptop running XP and added Lotus Notes to it. IE no longer recognizes Notes on this machine. Anyone know how to get one to talk to the other or what appeasment I need to make to the gods to make this work?

TIA,
