If you're not going to use frames, you can call it as an include file in all your pages. But you'll have to set it up to always be in one position on the page and have all other pages work around it. May be easier to include a button which will call the "map" on every page. Then user can view pages and display the map when ever they want. You can but the map display button in an include file and insert it anywhere in your pages.
