>>I already added Mike's utility in this Document by myself. My point is: we need to understand the definition of Best Utility of the year 2001. If it means, what we're considering only new utilities, whcih appear in the year 2001, it means, that Mike's utility is not qualified, since it was first released in the year 2000. If not, we need to see the correct definition.

Did you understand now? All I'm saying is, what we already have some info about best utilities, so this info could be used to update combobox contents...

>Please, verify the link for the draft version and see from that page if something has to be added.

I checked this link. Sergey's suggestions, which I think, are good, are not added yet.

>As for the Best new product of 2001, if the product has been released near the end of 2000, it qualifies. This is like a movie. All the status mostly relate in 2001, so, it's good.

Again, here is a problem. The first version of mhHTMLCode was released in March 2000. Last update here was made in December 2000. I know, Mike made new release of it again in the middle on the 2001, but it was not updated here in Downloads section for some reason. So, this is a tough case, which may be discussed.
BTW, it should be called mhHTMLCode, not just HTMLCode in this combo.
Same issue with Frx2Word. It's a utility, which is constanly improved. Recently it even changed ownership. Does it qualify or not, I'm not sure. Where is a link, which explains definitions of this program in all details?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
