Tom is given credit for making the Fox community what it is today. Each DevCon, there is a tribute to his memory.

>Did anyone see the Entertainment Tonight Weekend edition last night? They apparently do a 'Where are they now...' thing and last night they did one on Tom Rettig.
>For those of you who don't know, Tom Rettig was one of our FoxPro Stars and the creator of TRO, Tom Rettig's Office. Tom also was the very first boy star of Lassie in the early 50's, hence the segment on him on last night's show.
>Tom talked about the travails of child actors, etc... When the interviewer asked him about his drug problem he replied that he never thought that he had a problem with drugs, that he thought his problem was with those enforcing drug laws.
>The segment only briefly mentioned his success with computer programming.
>It was nice to see Tom again...
