I've used TraxTime from www.spudcity.com for several years, and count it as one of the best and simplest programs ever. It creates bi-weekly reports without problems for billing, and I transfer the data into QuickBooks manually. I'm sure there would be way to automate even that function but it is so quick that it doesn't seem to be worth it.

There is a multi-user version of TraxTime which will consolidate time records from multiple individuals.
