While experimenting with DbVisualizer and various databases I noticed an oddity.

The VFP tables and column names MUST be UPPER case.

The PostgreSQL tables and column names MUST be LOWER case.

Otherwise, they do not display in 'References' or interact with the SQL commands properly. (Their 'graphs' will be missing or malformed, or SQL will report that the table does not exist.
