Hi!

Well, framework is for development only, not for user. Its easy to do things you mentioned in design time, then compile a project and get application ready to run. When talking about the user - I did not seen ANY framework that will be convinient enough for regular user to do things you have mentioned.

Well, I participated in one project where we created a some sort of dynamic forms and tables. Users can create a new dynamic form by putting controls on it with predefined types, creating a new table for that and relate that table properly with other elements in the system. That form was for additional information for different types of some element in the system. Each type has its own fields, thus requiring such approach.

Is that what you meant?

Alway remember that it is always extremely hard to create something such complex for use by regular users. This is because regular users do nto know programming, so it is always very hard for them to understand even what is a "relation".

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
