It looks like you're trying to publish this stuff to a computer other than the one you're actually developing and compiling this stuff on.

I'm wondering, can you publish it to the local server without problems (as in, using the defaults when it comes to paths). It would require IIS being on your development machine. Is that something we can test?

How about, running the Web service publisher from VFP7 while on the server you are trying to publish to? Is that testable?
