Hello,

In Excel 2000, click on the "Data" pull-down menu, Choose "Get External Data" (you may have to exp[and the menu, look for a double arrow at the bottom of the menu if you dont see this option). Next, select "New Database Query". This will allow you to specify your ODBC call and define your data set.

The excel options can then be saved as a MS Query and the spreadsheet can be set to automatically update each and every time.

Good Luck
