Is there any method of disabling the standard shortcut keys in WINNT ?

We have a requirement for a safety related control system application, running on WINNT, for all of the standard shortcut keys, such as CTRL+ALT+DEL, CTRL+ESC & ALT+TAB, to be disabled while the application is running.

The application is being written in a third-party software tool for control systems & has no built in functionality to control access to the keyboard events.

If it were a once & for all solution, ie once disabled they stayed disabled after the application has terminated, that wouldn't be considered a problem.

Whilst it is understood that it is against all Windows standards, we don't believe that MS would accept responsibility in the event of deaths caused by adhering to their standards.
