>ADO .Net is built on the CLR. You would need to build a COM-Callable wrapper around ADO .Net in order to make it work in VFP. Simply put, you would not do this as there would be a big hit performance. In the COM world, you would use ADO.

Any idea how much of a performance hit compared to ADO? I'd like to hear some actual numbers if anyone ever tests this to find out actual performance data.
